Tri-lingual coordinating service
We have tri-lingual coordinator to support your business in Thailand. With our coordinating service, you can prepare for gathering information and doing survey prior to actual investment in Thailand.
We can arrange meeting with your target customer, doing survey for competitors, set-up appointment for your site visits, or even match your requirement with local partners. In many cases, we also provide business consulting service upon your needs.

Management training program
We tied up with training expert partners, Management Incubator Thailand (MIT) which is holding many training programs for your management team. With our cooperation with MIT, we can delivery excellent, unique, and practical-to-use program for management level in your company. Our programs are developed by Japanese training expert who has 30-year experience in leading HRD (human resource development) company in Japan. Here are some examples of training programs from our partner (MIT).
Essential Management Program (EMP)
EMP is suitable for early-to-middle management level. We combine management principles with leadership development theory and then deliver to trainee via group work and discussion for activating self awareness of trainee(s) in their actual daily works. Also, this program is developed from comment hearing of more than 200 Japanese firms in Thailand and over 2,000 managers in leading Japanese firms.
Essential Management Program for Japanese management (EMP for Japanese)
This program is similar to the above EMP program but this program is designed for Japanese management. Since many Japanese managers who were sent to Thailand without management experience/knowledge beforehand, these Japanese managers suffer from adjusting themselves in new environment and have to handle many Thai subordinates which have totally different style with Japanese ordinary workers. Our EMP for Japanese helps Japanese management trainee reviewing management principle and provides session to reduce gaps between Japanese management and Thai subordinates.
Leadership Quest Program (LQ Program)
Leadership Quest Program is our unique program that relates to behavior development which leads to development of leadership for each trainee(s). The program is focusing on each trainee individually and helps out trainee(s) to understand themselves together with knowing expectation from others. The program is appropriate to the trainee(s) who had already attended the above EMP program. Some of our trainee(s) said that this program is their turning point in management life. With our unique style and skillful trainers, the program aims to help trainee(s) to develop their leadership in organization and leads to organization development (OD) in a better way. There are currently 3 levels of LQ Program
- For manager level – Leadership Quest for Manager (LQM)
- For senior member / supervisor level – Leadership Ques for Senior staff / Supervisor (LQS)
- For executive level – Leadership Quest for Executive (LQE)
Discovery of Yarigai Program
This program helps trainee(s) to review their life in a long span and search for source of their motivation in each stage of life. Workshop in the program analyzes and synthesizes each trainee(s) to discover true value of their works and life which is so called “Yarigai”. “Yarigai” is a Japanese word which means sensing of true value of doing work and works with highly motivated mindset based on growth mindset. The program aims to help the trainee(s) discover their own “Yarigai” and do work with high motivation.
Basic of Work Literacy Program (BOW)
This program provides understanding of basic working literacy in Japanese working society. This working literacy creates baseline of Japanese working style which is one factor of how Japanese build their nation to be economics giant in 4 decades. Thai workers often has conflicts with Japanese management for many causes, and knowing in this basic of work literacy is one key to make better understanding among Thai subordinates and Japanese management.
